⏳ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For damaged or incomplete shipments, we require photos of the damage, missing parts, and unopened boxes.

Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back, items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.

🛠️ Damages & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
