📦 Processing & Dispatch

  • Most orders ship within 2 business days.
  • Larger items may require additional handling time due to packaging and freight coordination.
  • If your order includes oversized or heavy items, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.

🛠️ Freight & LTL Shipments

  • Some large furniture pieces ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers.
  • We highly recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout so carriers can coordinate delivery and avoid delays.
  • LTL deliveries typically require someone to be present to receive the item.

📍 Delivery & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location and carrier availability.
  • Please note: we are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items once your order leaves our warehouse. However, we’re committed to helping you resolve any issues just reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.

🛡️ Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
  • We’ll assist in filing claims and finding the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or repair.

🌎 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dekorvana operates as an online only retailer. Our products ship from multiple U.S. partner warehouses depending on availability and customer location. Our PO Box is used for business correspondence only.
